Care Manager
With a strong background in aged care program support and service
coordination, Taleisha is passionate about helping clients live independently and
with dignity in their own homes. She values building genuine relationships and
takes pride in finding practical, personalised solutions that make a real
difference in people’s daily lives. Her compassionate and hands-on approach
ensures every client feels supported, respected, and understood.
Taleisha enjoys cooking, discovering new music and going camping with her
family.
Elena
Care Manager
Elena brings over five years of experience across the aged care, disability
services, and health sectors, developing a strong understanding of diverse client
needs. With her Greek background and caring nature, she values connection,
respect and dignity in every interaction. Outside of work, she enjoys spending
quality time with family and friends and has a lifelong passion for volleyball,
which she continues to play actively.
Elena is dedicated to ensuring clients feel supported, valued and empowered in
the comfort of their own homes.
Markesha
Care Manager
With a background in community services supporting youth, Markesha brings
over five years of experience in aged care. She takes pride in being warmly
welcomed into clients’ homes and values the opportunity to understand each
person’s environment, routines and stories.
Her approach to care is deeply personal: focused on building meaningful
connections that empower clients to maintain their independence. For
Markesha, helping someone live comfortably at home for as long as possible is
one of the most rewarding parts of her work.
On her free time, Markesha enjoys camping, listening to country music and
browsing op shops with her daughters.
Belinda
Care Manager
With over five years of experience as a Care Manager in aged care, Belinda brings
a strong background in customer service, having previously worked across Allied
Health, specialist surgery and health insurance.
Her interest in aged care began through supporting her own family members,
which inspired her passion for helping others. Belinda loves getting to know each
client — their stories and what matters most to them.
Belinda enjoys spending time with her daughter and dog, catching up with
friends and discovering new walking spots to explore.
